Expenses and forms of shipment from Spain.
We ship to all parts of the world by MRW. The time of delivery varies depending on your location. Once made the order we will contact you to inform about the cost of the shipment . More information at atencionalcliente@pizarrominiatures.com or through the section "Contact us" of the Web.

Post office Shipments within Peninsular Spain (Paquete Azul):
· Cheap tariff, with delivery between 2 and 5 days. The basic option comes without assuring.
· Urgent transport: In 24- 48h the package is delivered.
Assured option * Note: This option will not be valid for the Canary Islands or the Balearic Islands. In case of this selection we will contact you to indicate the value of the bearings.

Modes of payment:
1. Bank Consigment. We will contact you to inform about the bank account numbre. You must confirm the consigment contacting with us at atencionalcliente@pizarrominiatures.com. It does not have additional charge.
2, Credit card - Caja Madrid TPV - Once made your purchase you will be sent to a safe internet server of Caja Madrid where you will have to introduce the data of your credit card. Pizarro Miniatures does not store any personal credit card data, the transaction happens between the banking organization and the client without Pizarro Miniatures intervention. Automatically Pizarro Miniatures is informed that the transaction has been made correctly and makes the shipment.

Changes and Returns

1, Changes.
1.1. Defective merchandise. In case that the merchandise arrived defective, the client must contact us to solve the problem. If the manufacturer concludes that the material must be replaced, the client will have to return the merchandise running with the expenses of shipment. The defective products will be repaired or replaced by Pizarro Miniatures and again sent to the client.
1.2. Changes. If the change is an error on the part of the client (mistake when making the order) the client will run with the expenses of shipment with and aditional charge of 6 euros for administrative expenses. In case that the error was due to Pizarro Miniatures, the client would receive the merchandise without additional cost. In order to accept a return the product and the packing must be in perfect conditions. Also a copy of the invoice must be included in the shipment.
2, Returns. If the client considers that the product is not what you hoped, Pizarro Miniatures will return the amount spended except the expenses of shipment. You will have to contact us in the term of 7 days from the reception of the shipment, to send the product properly packed and pay the shipment to Pizarro Miniatures S.L. C/Río Esla, Parcel 52, Pol. Ind. The Hervencias, 05004 Ávila
